Prep475
Terms of Use
These terms cover the Prep475 website and apps. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Prep475 is
Prep475 is an independent study aid for the Florida real estate sales associate exam. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Florida Real Estate Commission, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), or Pearson VUE.
2. Not legal advice, and no guarantee
- Prep475 is educational. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace your pre-licensing course.
- Practice questions are written for study. They are not actual exam questions and may not match your exam.
- Statutes, rules, and exam details change. Always confirm against current Florida law and official sources.
- We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain a license.
3. Free quiz
The free quiz is provided as a sample, as is, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
4. Your license
When you buy the full kit you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. One license key activates one account. You may not share your key or account, resell or redistribute the content, or copy, scrape, or republish the question bank.
5. Accounts
Give us an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or end accounts that share keys, copy the content, or otherwise misuse the service.
6. Purchases
The price is shown at checkout and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payment, taxes, and receipts are handled by our payment provider. Refunds are covered in our refund policy. Access lasts for as long as we offer the service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice by email.
7. Updates and availability
We may correct, add, or remove questions and features. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Content ownership
The questions, explanations, and design belong to Prep475 and are protected by copyright. Florida statutes and rules are public law and are cited for reference.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results, licensing or exam fees, or lost income, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: [email protected].
