Refund Policy
7-day refund. If the full kit is not right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. We reply within 2 business days.
What happens next
- The refund goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider. It includes any sales tax collected.
- Banks and card issuers usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- Your license key is deactivated and the account loses access to the paid content.
After 7 days
Purchases are not refundable after 7 days, except where the law requires it or where a technical problem stops you from using the product and we cannot fix it.

If something is wrong, email us before filing a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it or refund you directly.
